A Portrait Made In Heaven

I was commissioned to do this 12″ x 24″ acrylic portrait of four dogs. The golden retriever is Maddie she is the latest rescue that the owner has and the other three were rescues that have since passed over Rainbow Bridge. She wanted the painting to represent all her dogs equally because each one meant a lot to her. I painted them with the sun beaming down on them with a heavenly feel. Mimi the beagle is believed to have sent Maddie to be her earthly companion.
